Dr. Katz Honored with Pillar Mentoring Award

This year, Dr. Katz was selected to receive the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization Pillar Award for outstanding senior faculty mentor. Dr. Katz was selected based upon his contributions; the support of mentees, peers, and colleagues; and the nomination of Division Chief Dr. James Kang.

The Pillar Awards, established in 2013, recognize achievements in five categories viewed as pillars of academic medicine: mentorship, education, research, diversity and inclusion, and community service.
